Holland and Water Go Hand in Hand
This museum is closed until further notice.
The Dutch Watermuseum is a truly interactive museum for the whole family and will take you into the remarkable world of water. Water seems so normal to us, but discover how special water really is! Play the games, be a real water professor in the Waterlab and watch an informative film. How many liters of water do you think you use every day?
Near the city centre of Arnhem you’ll find the monumental park Sonsbeek. The Dutch Watermuseum in located in a unique spot, inside the beautiful park. Did you know that almost 2000 square meters of the museum are hidden underground?
The Waterlab is open every Sunday. Put on a white laboratory coat and join us for exciting experiments. During every school holiday there is a different activity, like ‘brewing magic potion’, ‘making tooth paste’ or ‘catching water monsters’. Do you dare? Are you looking for more exciting attractions with the whole family? How about a visit to the Miniaturpark Madurodam where you can see the whole country at once?
