- Due to the old building, the museum is not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs to the first floor
- The closest parking garage is Q-Park underneath Museumplein. You can find the entrance opposite the Concertgebouw.
- Cloakroom is free of charge, but large trolleys and suitcases are not accepted
- Large collection of Banksy art in a beautiful renovated house right on Museumplein
