Our Lord in the Attic, Most Special Museum in Amsterdam
This Attraction is closed until further notice.
Travel back in time and discover the secret church ‘Ons Lieve Heer op Solder’ hidden in a canal house in the centre of Amsterdam. This Amsterdam museum is an exceptional example of how Catholics organised their religious life in the city in times of the reformation. During this period, they were not allowed to hold services. The church, built in an attic, gave Catholics the chance to practise their religion without anyone knowing. A unique heritage and special sight in Amsterdam that you shouldn’t miss!
