Discover the secrets of Delft Blue Pottery at Royal Delft!

This museum remains open to visitors for the time being, but appropriate measures will be taken.

Ornaments, plates, teacups, pots and many delicate goods can be found in Delft, the city that is home to the great blue and white pottery that is famous all over the world. Visit Royal Delft and see how the porcelain turns into beautiful pottery.

An audio-visual presentation will introduce you to the world of the Dutch special goods. You will also hear about the history of the Delftware and the production process. Afterwards, you can see a part of the process yourself and watch a painter at work.

In a showroom you can have a look at the tableware that was designed and fabricated for the Royal family. You’ll be astonished by its finesse.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT  From Delft station:
Bus 40 (direction: Rotterdam Centraal), 55 (direction: Zoetermeer) or 174 (direction: Rotterdan Noord via Berkel) to stop Julianalaan. From there it is a 6 minute walk.

Audio guides are available in eight languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese.
Guided tours should be reserved in advance.
