The Royal Concert Hall is one of the world’s most renowned concert halls. It is famous for its excellent acoustics and world class programming. The Royal Concert Hall, built in 1888, is located in the cultural heart of Amsterdam; the Museumsquare. The concert hall has been the center of classical music in the Netherlands for well over a century. Inside are three beautiful performance rooms: the grand Main Hall for orchestral performances, the Small Hall for quartets and chamber music, and the more intimate Choir Hall for recitals. By welcoming around 800.000 visitors annually, the Royal Concert Hall has the world’s second-highest attendance record!

With over seven hundred scheduled concerts a year, ranging from classical to jazz and pop, The Royal Concert Hall offers a wide selection of concerts at which the best musicians, orchestras and conductors perform.

Enjoy a concert by the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra or the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra in the Main Hall of The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. There are various dates available for an evening concert at 8.15pm. Drinks (coffee, tea, soda, wine or beer) are included before the concert and during intermission.
